Seoul MICE AcademyThe Seoul Convention Bureau operates the Seoul MICE Academy through academic-industrial cooperation for those interested in the MICE industry. The program is open to all, be it students, the general public or those already working in the convention industry. At the academy, attendees review actual convention case studies and receive practical service-related instruction from professional meeting planners and industry experts. After completion of the course, graduates are provided with assistance in finding intern and volunteer positions as well as permanent employment.

Meeting Professionals International (MPI)In cooperation with the Seoul Convention Bureau, MPI established their first Asia Chapter in 2008. MICE industry employees are eligible to become MPI members and receive a discounted membership fee from now through 2011. Other membership benefits include online lectures and the ability to take the CMP exam locally in Seoul. The Seoul Convention Bureau also supports the entrance fee for members that are residents of Seoul. For more information, log onto the MPI website (English).

Seoul Convention Bureau VolunteersThe Seoul Convention Bureau organizes and operates the Seoul Convention Volunteers Program to support operations at conventions and other international events held in the city. It is a friendly and dedicated group with a passion for customer satisfaction. All our volunteers participate in an annual training program.
