The leading museum of Korea, the National Museum of Korea preserves and displays Korean cultural heritage. After being relocated to a brand new building in Yongsan in 2005, it has

evolved into a world-class cultural complex that features a performance stage, grand and small auditoriums and lecture rooms as well as various exhibition halls. Many events including cultural performances, international conferences and academic symposiums are held at the museum.
