Seoul Prepares for Official Launch of City's MICE Alliance
The city of Seoul and the Seoul Tourism Organization have been working together in preparation for the launch of the Seoul MICE Alliance (SMA), set to take place this month. The new organization, comprising major businesses in the local MICE sector, including transport, top hotels and convention centers, is dedicated to strengthening the city's competitiveness in the global MICE industry while promoting Seoul's ability to host events, including extensive support systems for companies and organizers.
In July, the SMA will begin working with its member companies to carry out a wide variety of overseas marketing activities in order to attract and successfully host conventions and corporate meetings.
