the Wiz-L Seongsu is a distinctive space designed by one of the 11 world’s leading architect, Byoung-soo Cho.
Wiz-L Seongsu offers a rich cultural, artistic, and culinary experience that each floor becomes a stage for self-expression with a simple elegance. Also Wiz-L Seongsu integrated the natural images of forest and river into the building interior, featuring a space for gatherings, leisure, and entertainment. The venue is close to Seoul Forest Park that connects to nature.

The Wiz-L Seongsu is the first Korean architecture to use eco-friendly blinds allowing the balconies to be used all year round. Practices value consumption by focusing on low-carbon, eco-certified agricultural and livestock products, using local ingredients to reduce carbon footprints, minimizing food waste, and supporting campaigns to reduce greenhouse gas, etc.
