“Complete Your Career Puzzle with Seoul MICE!” 2025 MICE Global Expert Career Fair Successfully Concluded

The Seoul Tourism Organization (CEO Ki Yon Kil) held the “2025 MICE Global Expert Career Fair” on Thursday, August 28, at Seoul Tourism Plaza, showcasing a variety of programs aimed at nurturing Seoul MICE talent and strengthening workforce supply in the industry.

The event attracted a total of over 110 participants, including around 70 2025 Seoul MICE Global Experts and job seekers aspiring to work in the MICE industry, as well as 20 MICE companies and related organizations. The organization provided practical employment support programs such as the MICE Planning Contest, company presentations, 1:1 job consultations, and resume and interview coaching.

In the first part of the event, the MICE Planning Contest was held under the theme “Event Concept Development and Planning Utilizing COEX Magok, and Surrounding Infrastructure.” Participants showcased their skills through presentations, and outstanding teams were awarded.

In the second part, a networking session was organized to promote interaction between MICE-related organizations and job seekers. Organizations shared information about their fields and selected keywords, while job seekers discussed their desired areas of employment and keywords, allowing for meaningful exchanges.

Following this, company presentations were conducted with the participation of eight MICE-related organizations, alongside 1:1 job consultations and resume and interview coaching booths involving 20 companies. The organization also operated a stamp tour and other consulting programs within the fair venue to comprehensively support job seekers in enhancing their employment capabilities.

Through this career fair, Seoul’s MICE industry and talent pool were more closely connected, providing tangible benefits and experiences for both job seekers and companies.
