Seoul actively supports and provides incentives for business events held in Seoul.

Eligible Groups

Coporate Meetings
Companies visiting Seoul for the purpose of the hosting a conference that is at least four hours long in Seoul
Incentives
A group(or groups) entering Seoul for a tour with all expenses covered by the corporate

	3	Extra-large group with 1,000 or more participants - Support for Seoul tourism experience booths during the event

Applicants may also apply for the MICE support from the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO), but cannot apply for same item.

When to Apply: Apply at least 2 weeks prior to the event

The following cases are subject to Withdrawal, Reduction, or Refund of Support

Applications with misleading, false information or excessive demands.
Not submitting follow-up documents within the designated date.
When the required conditions(for example, including the logo of Seoul Metropolitan Government on materials) are not fulfilled.
When logos are used for purposes not pre-approved by Seoul Convention Bureau.
When submitted programs are verified as general tours other than corporate meetings or incentive tours.
If the hosting organization has caused a public dispute conflicting with SCB’s public message.

On-site photograph of promotional materials bearing the official sponsorship statement and English logo of the Seoul Metropolitan Government

EX)

Financial support recipients agree to credit Seoul City for sponsorship, and also adhere to guidelines regarding publicity of the Seoul City logo.
Organizer must pay for expenses first, and will receive financial support upon conclusion of the event and submission of the required post-event documents.
