Eligible Groups

Coporate Meetings
Companies visiting Seoul for the purpose of the hosting a conference that is at least four hours long in Seoul
Incentives
A group(or groups) entering Seoul for a tour with all expenses covered by the corporate

Over 50 overseas visitors
More than 2 nights in Seoul
More than 2 services
from SMA members
(including 1 PAID service)

	4	Official luncheon and dinner dinner banquet costs in connection with the member companies of the SMA Facility Division and Unique Venue Division
	5	Accommodation costs at SMA hotels
Special Support	An organization staying for 200 nights or more at a hotel affiliated with Seoul MICE Alliance (SMA) (Additional support of KRW 10,000 per foreigner)

Applicants may also apply for the MICE support from the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO), but cannot apply for same item.

The following cases are subject to Withdrawal, Reduction, or Refund of Support

Applications with misleading, false information or excessive demands.
Not submitting follow-up documents within the designated date.
When the required conditions(for example, including the logo of Seoul Metropolitan Government on materials) are not fulfilled.
When logos are used for purposes not pre-approved by Seoul Convention Bureau.
When submitted programs are verified as general tours other than corporate meetings or incentive tours.
If the hosting organization has caused a public dispute conflicting with SCB’s public message.

1. Banners, signs or any materials including STO and Seoul City logo, must submit site images of materials being placed or used

Financial support recipients agree to credit Seoul City for sponsorship, and also adhere to guidelines regarding publicity of the Seoul City logo.
Organizer must pay for expenses first, and will receive financial support upon conclusion of the event and submission of the required post-event documents.
