It is a support service provided for exhibitions held in Seoul or international exhibitions held overseas.

Eligibility

  • accredited exhibitions held in Seoul (accredited by the Korea Exhibition Industry Promotion Association (AKEI))
  • Internationally accredited exhibitions and accredited exhibitions held in Seoul

Details

Category Support Details
International roadshows in target areas by major industries
  • Exhibition schedule: a total of 1 exhibition is planned
  • Specific date and target host region will be incorporated through demand survey
  • Cost of accommodations for a hosting organization will be provided (cost of air travel and other expenses to be borned by the hosting organization)
Online· offline PR marketing at home and abroad
  • Create joint PR brochures for accredited exhibitions
  • Promote exhibitions via online channels
  • Provide welcome kits to foreign buyers and post welcome message at Incheon International Airport
International PR marketing consulting and assist production
  • Follow-up project of PR marketing consulting 2018
  • Provide consulting services and support for international PR brochures and website creation in the second half of 2019 or 2020

International exhibitions held overseas for 3 times or more, or Asian version of international exhibitions

  • Cost of hosting official banquets
  • Provide Seoul's welcome kits to foreign attendees
  • Provide welcome message at Incheon International Airport, promotion kiosks for Seoul in the event venues
