Introduction

Located on Sebitseom, a landmark and artificial island on the Hangang River, the Floating Island Convention is a water convention facility designed for various MICE events. It has six banquet halls, including the 120-seat Villa De Noche with a 500-seat convention hall and a private terrace, the 200-seat Vista boasting a panoramic view, the 100-seat Rive Gauche, the Garden Terrace where a 1,000-member standing party and a barbecue can be held. Floating Island Convention is dome-shaped with a floor height of 13m and no indoor pillars. It has a 45m screen and the best image and sound equipment system installed on the river front. Based on the extensive experience successfully hosting a number of international and corporate banquets, it offers various cuisines including Western, Korean, halal, and vegetarian menu items. The location next to Banpo Bridge, which has a beautiful rainbow fountain show, gives the convention an exotic touch. When dinner begins after the official event, the entire curtain on the front can be drawn, offering the fantastic view of Hangang River.
